Neil, curd looks great.  You Rock!

I just started another Cottage Cheese, and this time it will be a success.  I am going to do another neufchatel this weekend as well as my last batch is gone.  Delicious.

Cheers buddy, have a great day.

Looks great.  Nice shape.  I bought one of the cake pans recently.  I will try and upload some pix when I get the chance.

Fuzzy lil critter.  I am going to do one shortly.  Will be my first attempt at a bloomed curd cheese.  Should be interesting.  I did a cheddar this weekend.

Cut into it finaly. A bit moist on the surface and not the best I made, was expecting this since I thingk the milk was old and already soaring.
