Asiago Cheese is one of the Gruyer family, made from raw cow milk, in north east Italy.
it can be eaten between one month to two years of ripping.

you know Gruyer family some other members are:

- Beaufort (france)
- Comte (france)
- Montasio (italy)
- Gruyere it self (swiss)
