Has anyone made boccaccini? I’m wondering if the 30-minute mozzarella formed into small balls and then soaked in olive oil would do the trick.

From what i have read yes that about it, small balls soaked in olive oil and spices.

I’m going to try it the next few days. Sounds like it would be excellent in a fresh tomatoes and spinach salad.
