SO I decided to see what would happen if I took the ricotta for the last Brie 6 batches whey and add culture to it. looks like its blooming.

does it became creamy ?

Ricotta is hard to creamed by the mold

nope, does not look like it will but will wait a bit longer to see. It is creamy to the taste and solid but as u can see, it hasent gone runny.
