After having read almost every topic in this forum, I believe the folks here deserve a BIG ATTA BOY!  This is without a doubt the most positive and supportive forum I have ever visited.  NEVER once did a see a reply ” What a dumb *** mistake instead hey try this or it could have been this, or maybe your mistake will be the best cheese you ever ate.  When I finally get my equipment and supplies put together and actually make a cheese, I hope to contribute.  My guess is that you folks would be a pleasure to know.  Maybe that good karma you spread around is why you folks produce some beautiful cheeses.

Well we’re mighty glad to have you aboard, and to hear that you’ve caught the cheese making bug.  Yes, we do try to be positive and supportive, and it can only be helpful to each of us to suggest rather than criticize.  Hope you get going soon.  Good luck, and we expect to be hearing some suggestions from you in the near future.

You’re right about this being a great group of people. Great advice here and a very nice atmosphere.
The thing that truly sold me on this forum came when I was worried about posting a link and thinking I might be breaking a rule by doing so.
At that time the owner of the forum posted that the only way to “break a rule” on this forum is to be disrespectful to another member. Now THAT’S my kind of forum.
Again, welcome to the boards and as others have posted…...looking forward to hearing your input and seeing your creations.
