I’ve had waxed cheeses, brined cheeses and bandanged cheese with a molded surface in the fridge at the same time. It has not affected the cheeses, but I have noticed a bit of mold growing on the walls of the fridge and needed a cleaning. As Neil said, as long as the mold surfaced ones don’t touch the brined surface you should be OK. Also, when you turn your cheeses you will want to wash between the handling of anything but waxed cheeses.
