here are my buns from yesterday. These are Non wheat Kamut flour with dried tomatoes, red peppers, oregano and pesto in the mix. has a texture like Scones.

I used to make Wine big time (by the barrel) and bear and sausage making. I gave up drinking in 1990 so dont do that anymore and meat no longer agrees with me, so just fish ( love fish curing). smile

Rich and others…..
Just started my final swiss of the season (possibly my final cheese of the season).
This one will be pressed under the whey to see if I can finally find the success I’ve been looking for concerning eye formation.
Wish me luck and same luck is hoped for all that are making cheese this weekend.

Yes I make beer. I guess it is more complicated than wine because you have to extract the sugary stuff from the grain and then boil and add hops before fermenting.
I thought it might be another common interest because its a fermentation thing like bread making.

I used to make bread and thought I was getting quite good at it, but then one day I made unleavened bread (naan, sort of) and my husband raved about it, and I’ve never made leavened bread since!
