Neil , why u bought big mold ? ur pot does not match this mold size and u will have again problem is the wheel hight..

Im using a 9” right now, this is a 8” so I gain an inch of thickness and can be used for Bloomed cheese as well, multipurpose.

3” thick for hard cheese i can live with, it will also make even thicker Brie and 5x8” blue. And if i find a bigger pot then its even better smile
Next milk trip Im planning on making a BlueBrie smile
