reviseted my cheese comming along 4 months etc.

for the Bloomed cheeses I thingk main problem is humidity control, other then that the tastes are very nice. The crusty stuff just thow into the soup
Tonight enjoying the fruits of my labour, plus some pea sprouts and home made mustard :D
