Cracked my Swiss 6, taste is real good, not what I expected but a mild, blue and Parmesan flavour.

Although it doesn’t look Swiss, it has a very unique look. Where from are the blue veins? I am sure they contribute to the taste and flavor.
I hope you enjoy it.

The blue was from contamination, dont know were though. Looks good, tastes real good. One of those unique opportunities one has that makes it all real worth while.
