I realize that this is an international forum, and that many of you live in countries that do not have a Thanksgiving holiday.  But I thought I’d take the opportunity to wish you all happy Thanksgiving anyway.  To me, its a great idea to pause and reflect on what we are thankful for.  Among many other things, I’m thankful for all of you.  The comaraderie, advice, encouragement, and downright entertainment is terrific.

Rich, very well said.
I wish everyone the same and do appreciate you all.
Since my family is not able to celebrate until tomorrow, I had the opportunity to make a cheddar today. What a blast. smile

Sounds like a good way to spend the day, Dave.  We had 17 people over for dinner, so cheese making was out of the question.  I did manage to get to the dairy for some fresh milk this evening and will tomorrow morning make a hickory smoke Manchego at my wife’s request.
