I’ve included havarti in my cheese platter for years and it never fails that someone remarks how creamy it is. So recently I tried using it when making Mac & Cheese. I was pleasantly surprised at both the flavor and how well it melted. Dofino (http://dofinousa.com) makes the havarti I use. I prefer their havarti w/ jalapeno. Has anyone else tried replacing cheddar with havarti?
