In researching alternatives to New England Cheesemaking, I once again found my way to the Glendarry site. They now have a discussion forum (based on phpBB) there, which could be a good complement, or alternative, to this site.

Actually, on further inspection, this is not so much an open discussion forum as it is a place to post questions that are answered privately. Personally, I prefer an open discussion forum where I can learn from other people’s questions and answers, and where a larger community can contribute their expertise and experiences.
