I did not take pictures. After the cheese swelled up real bad, I put back in the cave. It was cracking on the top. So now the swelling has gone down. I sniffed the cheese and it has a cheese smell to it, but it is over powered by a bitter odor.
I am keeping it to let it age and see what it turns out to be in a few weeks. I can cut it open and taste it and see what happened. I am sure that it is full of salty water.
I made another one the next week and it is going really well.
