I know I will make people jealous but I can not resist posting this:
This morning I went to the farm to get my 20 liters of milk during milking time. I was there at about 07:20 and got my milk right from the milking machines.
When I came home it was still 93F and I could add the culture immediately. I’m making Fourme d’Ambert today, a french pressed blue cheese….
