My Swiss with Caraway came out really good. I used 1 tablespoon of caraway for 4 gallons of milk. It goes really well on a rueben sandwich, or a corned beef, dijon mustard on rye bread sandwich, grilled in butter.
I am almost of cheese already, but are there any other suggestions?
I made some more yesterday.
