my guess was some javascript since i couldn’t type in my name etc, it stayed blanc.

Nabil, can you provide a bit more detail? Which forum (cheese, I assume). Is it a new post or a reply that doesn’t work? Any details you can give me to understand what you are doing and seeing is helpful.

I’m fine. How is everyone? It is a bit quiet here. I hope to get back to cheese making soon, but just too busy for the last long while.

I’m fine too. Got back into the groove last week with a mozzarella and looking forward to making some hard cheeses soon with the summer milk.

Funny you should ask ... I’m going to have a go at a Tomme de Savoie (strictly speaking a semi-hard cheese I believe) which I have not attempted before. Any advice welcome (a tried and true recipe would be great!)
