Not quite sure why I didn’t get a single notification about any responses, but thanks for the input guys. I have yet to try to make a batch of white mold but I will certainly try some of the above methods recommended.

Though I never tried it myself, this should also be possible with white mold. From what I read it’s recommended to wait for three weeks cause white mold is growing slower.
