Sorry been busy.
Hoping to make some Brie in the next few days. Also need to order more cultures. Swiss has been my Fav and out of culture.

I’ve yet to step to the challenge and make a Brie. Been sticking with Pepper Jacks and Cheddars.

Where do you buy your cultures, if you don’t mind me asking?
