I don’t know of any penalties after you buy it. It’s kind of like drinking the Draino, as long as they put it on the the bottle that you are not supposed to drink it, nobody cares if you drink it and die.
However, I have seen a lot of conversation about whether or not you can legally give your children raw milk. I don’t know if anybody has ever had charges pressed against them, but I bet if your child gets sick and they blame it on the raw milk someone would try to prosecute.
It’s like that bicycle helmet law. If you take your child to the emergency room from a busted head, riding a bike without a helmet, you stand a good chance of having charges brought against you.
