If there is scheduled maintenance, I’ll let you know. But, this was a surprise outage due to a power failure in Freemont, California where the server farm that hosts this site is located. I guess the power problem caused a lot of start-up issues and it took the team a long time to get us back up and running.

I appreciate those of you who alerted me to the down site. And, I appreciate your patience.
