I have a blue cheese - creamy inside with a Port de Salut-ish coloured rind - about 6 months old. My friends say it’s good, but I get a tingling sensation on my tongue when I eat it. A bit like the zap you’d get from an almost-flat battery when you put your tongue across both terminals (oh, come on ... you’ve done it). Has it a bacterial infection ... should I deep-six the cheese?

What happens when you wire a light bulb to it?

Get an email off to Washington DC.  President Obama may fund your cheesemaking and call it “alternative energy research!”
