Wrapping technique

I’d like to give cheese as a Christmas gift. Anyone expert at wrapping a Brie/Camembert shape have any tips for folding the top of the cheesepaper? Mine are turning out turn out kinda ugly ;o(

Good video, Neil. I am trying to wrap a small wheel (what’s known as a truckle where I grew up). I have proper cheese paper but I’m practicing on cheaper wax paper.

The way I do it is take 1 of 4 corners and fold over and twist the leaf 180, it causes the edges to tighten up and easier to mold, continue with all the edges. If that makes since smile
