Just signing on as new forum member. Have just started making soft cheese. We are all enjoying the results although they are not yet perfect.
Current problem is getting mozzarella right. I have had 2 tries and can` t
achieve stretchy quality yet with 2 different recipes.Any ideas?

Welcome to the forum from the neighborhood of Gouda, The Netherlands. If you have questions considering Gouda cheese, there’s a fair change that I can advise you, but I’m afraid I can’t be of any help with Mozzarella. I never tried it myself….
