Well the first cheese I tried to make was cottage cheese. I left some dry for hubby and made some of it creamed for me. Was delicious.  The next thing I’m going to try is manchego.
Any good recipes out there ? I ordered Ricki Carroll’s book, Home cheesemaking recipes but it hasn’t come in yet.

Yes I have a cheese press, waiting for my cheese molds to arrive in mail. Should get them this week sometime.
I tried the link and it says “File Not Found”

U have to copy and paste the whole line, their is a space inbetween Manchego and cheese and the “Link” did not include the Cheese part.
