I know I’ve been “off line” a lot lately. Today, I even discovered that my “cheese” email had not been working for a while. I’m sorry for the neglect.
About 7 years ago, we moved from Colorado to NJ for me to take on a new job. The change in house, climate and work led to my backing off cheese making for a while. I hope to be back at it soon.
I’ve fixed the email issues and really encourage your continued participation. While I have not been an active participant lately, I enjoy reading your posts and I am continually learning from your experiences, questions and insights.
