After being barren for so long, it’s really nice to have my cave filling up again. Some of these cheeses are going to be given to others; but I have a lot of cheese to be munching on over the next months. In here are 4 cheddars, 2 gouda, 2 Monterey jack, 2 Colby, and 2 Havarti, totaling around 25 lbs.
The fridge was a freebie. A friend is property manager at a trailer park, and this was left in an empty unit. It was in such bad shape that he was just going to throw it away. Lots of cleaning and de-bugging later, voila!
