Thanks for sharing that vid, Kim. I may actually do some myself. I do have a question though. I had heard that Moz should be made with skim milk. Any problem with using whole cream milk?
I don’t know, I personally do not like mozzarella so never make it. Don’t care for Pizza either. I would rather have meat and chunk cheese, although I really like ricotta. Been making lots of that lately after draining the whey.
