Wow, it’s been a looooong time.  My milk source is now back in business.  The calf has been born and the colostrum is a thing of the past and I’m ready to go again.  I see that a lot of folks have been checking out the posts, but there hasn’t been much by way of contributions.  What does that mean?  Are you guys not making any cheese?  Come on now, let’s get with it.
