Description: This cheese is a mold cheese, often called the poor man’s Limberger cheese because of its flavor. This is a new recipe and a new type of cheese for me. I ended up buying a second fridge for aging this cheese and the Stilton to keep the mold cheeses separated from the other cheeses.
