Hi everyone, I’m now living with friends in the south of england after having to leave my parents place a couple of weeks ago. I’ll just be lurking here for a while as my cheesemaking stuff is all back at ‘home’ I feel physcially sick at the thought of having to see my parents to get more of my belongings.
I managed to grab my aging cheddar before I left and have bought a mini fridge for my room here. I’m hoping to start making again as soon as poss Hope everyone is well and still having fun experimenting
