do you know there no recipes for blue cheeses on this site? confused
How about it blue cheesemakers?  And if you could include pH marks that would be great!

One thing about Bloomed cheeses is that they like acid so its hard to mess it up.

Thanks Neil, yes I did use your site thank-you. I combined your site with information from a Danloc site which gave pH points.
I’d like to see more recipes on this site with pH info- that is what I find hard to get elsewhere.

I picked up some milk yesterday and plan on doing a chocolate Stilton in the next couple days LOL, been looking forward to this since last spring. Want to get at least 1 cheese made before this year totally disappears, time sure does fly.
