I made yesterday two boule of Barley bread, i baked them today, it was my first time i taste it, it is so good indeed
i used 50% Barley whole grain, 25% wheat whole grain, and 25% unbleached bread flour, honey, sugar, salt and olive oil, and my home made sour yeast.
fermented it for 12 hours, the result was perfect…..
