Pasqueflowers A nice bunch of Pasqueflowers. Photo taken on 5/6/2005 by Lynne. These flowers were under snow just a few days earlier. The Pasqueflower is one of the earliest flowers to appear at the cabin in Spring. I think they are related to the crocus. 0 05/10/2005

Phlox This photo of Phlox was taken by Rick on 5/6/2005. It seems a bit early for Phlox, this was the only flowering plant we saw. I am unsure of the exact variety. They bloom in white, purple, and blue mostly along disturbed areas (like roadsides) around the cabin. 0 05/10/2005

Sagebrush Buttercup Another of the early Spring flowers, Sagebrush Buttercups. This one is emerging from under the snow. Photo taken by Lynne on 5/8/2005. 0 05/10/2005

Need Help on this One! Photo by Lynne on 5/18/2005. We don't know what this is or how much more it might bloom. The flower is about 4 inches tall. There are tiny, tiny yellow "flowers" all along the top. 0 05/19/2005

Will ID Tomorrow Photo by Lynne on 5/18/2005. We need to look this one up. I'll edit this entry when we figure it out. This is a purplish flower on the end of a fairly long stem (12"). 0 05/19/2005
