Goat Song
This short read by Brad Kessler was a lot of fun. It is about a couple who move from the city to a country farm in Vermont to raise goats and make cheese. It is a great diary of their dairy and a “year in their life”, and is also well researched with lots of history and lore about man’s relationship with goats since the beginning of history. To someone who likes country life, cheese, life-long learning, and maybe even goats, this was a fun read.
