Now I know just how those new mothers of babies feel. I always thought they were taking the easy road by popping a pacifier into their baby’s mouth. After a full day of chasing Bella around and carting her up and down stairs I was too worn out to resist. I gave in.
Okay, Bella, you can chew on my old crummy shoe. Whatever will keep you occupied and out of other trouble. sheesh.
What an imp!

I want to tell you how lovely your cacti are, but that Bella’s so stinkin’ cute that all I want to do it grin at her. (and I just know she’s grinning right back at me!)

You’ll have to get her a Kong to chew on. A bit of peanut butter and she will be busy for a bit.

Mary, I think you’re right. She is an imp. How would you like your name to be impy, Bella?
Susan, I know. She’ distracting to say the least.
Paula, oh how I wish I had Kong dogs. However, in 20 years of having Berners, none have liked the Kong at all. It is a really cool
busy-keeping tool. Alas, none of mine have ever taken to it. But who knows? Bella is pushing other Berner limits as well.
