I wrote in a previous post about how we were getting little snows that amounted to a coating to an inch: "nuisance" snows. We got another one last night (a coating) and tonight we are going to get about an inch. It's pretty, put a pain.
The photo above was taken on Saturday night just after it had started to snow. That's Hailey, the Doggie Snow Angel! You can see where her paw prints lead to where she laid down on the deck, then trail off when she got up to go down the steps.
Here is a closer pic of where she was laying. Can you tell which part of the dog is which?
I captured this strange phenomenon back in 2007 too, only that time they had their bones with them. Check them out!
P. S. Do you ever check out the blog entries posted under "On This Day" in the sidebar? Today's features a post about our trip to Mexico's Chichen Itza, the Mayan ruin. Check it out, either
here, or there!

Hailey is so artistic! Good job Hailey!
PS FYI. I signed on to make this comment but then got directed to Rick’s blog instead of yours.

C, I am thinking we have some gremlins running around. We’ve had so many weird things happen lately since we switched over. Thanks for letting us know! And yes, Hailey is quite the artist!

I had the same thing happen—it went to Rick’s blog. No offense, Rick.
I do love Hailey’s dog snow angel—-it is perfect and once again you captured it. Just right!

C and Bigsis, Rick is working on the problem. Right now he has no clue! Hang in there!

Okay, I’ve got pagination and login issues fixed. I’m really sorry that there are gremlins in this upgrade to the software. I tested it thoroughly offline, but am still having issues once we “went live”. Please bear with me and please continue to visit Lynne’s site. (Well, mine too once in a while, although it is pretty dry and boring compared to Lynne’s).

That’s hilarious! I’m thinking the dog’s head was on the right…?
