About 4 inches. Better than nothing, but not the blizzard that was predicted. I am still waiting to get snowed in here in New Jersey. Maybe next time.
Correction at 9:39 a.m.: More like 5 inches after having been outside to shovel the front steps. I’ll take it!
Oh my goodness, we have more than 20 inches! My car was buried in a 3 ft snowdrift.

Well my official measurement came in around 4’. maybe 4.5’ in some places.
The local news said Brick got 22’
Fire Island got two feet.
And West Milford (at least down the mtn)
4’

At least it should be a white Christmas!

Its very pretty - glad you got some…I think its more Christmasy when there is snow on the ground. We need fresh snow. Still have alot on the ground but its “old” snow - not that pretty freshly fallen flakey stuff. Time will tell.

Lynne, I thought about you on the weekend when I saw the storm down your way. I thought that you may be snowed in but you are right about the weather forecasts.
We live by the weather in Canada and the scattered time, we get prepared for the “big one” and nothing happens. In Newfoundland, we are always prepared and can last weeks without electricity or stores. Have a great Christmas, Jersey Girl and don’t forget to start your rughooking over the holiday!!

Allison, lucky you!
Luke, well I do live ‘up’ the street from you. That’s why I have 1/4 inch more than you do!
Jan, Yes it’s cold. Below the freezing mark and will be for a few more days. Solidifies the snow that way!
Debra, at least you are white, or mostly. I think I heard you were supposed to get something this week. Unfortunately, on Christmas Day we have a storm moving in but the temps will warm up just in time for it to be ice and not snow! A major ice storm is predicted for Friday night. :(
Julie, the coastal regions got all the snow and us up in the mountains didn’t get as much. boo hoo. I do plan on starting my hooking soon! I had it in the back of my mind that it was a Christmas present ...
