The bird masks are beautiful, almost scary, but then masks are scary to me ... don’t know why. Did you celebrate Fat Tuesday?
I haven’t been checking in this week as the girls are on break and our whole schedule is off. I’ve missed a LOT!
I don’t think I’ll ever tire of the bear stories, how amazing that you got to see (and capture) the woodpecker! The crypts are a bit creepy but facinating and those masks are something!
I’m really glad your posts don’t disapper after a day or two…

Susan, yes, life in New Jersey doesn’t stop for a minute. Glad you aren’t yet tired of bear stories because I ‘m sure there are plenty more to come. Almost done with New Orleans too, but not quite!
