Check out this article from Lynne Robinson's "new" Jersey Girl blog: Well, hello Gorgeous! Welcome to the world! The first of my amaryllis bloomed over the weekend. Usually they have about four buds to a stalk, but this one produced just two. The first bloom is enormous! This plant is from 2008/2009 and has bloomed every year. So large in fact, that is has to have a little support. Wow.
