This is the same moose from "Moose at Night" a bit later in the day.
-
Ma with Baby
A nice shot taken around 3:00 p.m. on 6/20/2016
-
Coming at Ya!
Moose by the salt lick.
-
Dad (?) and Baby
Okay, this is an unusual shot. Looks like a young one with a bull instead of a cow.
-
Deer
Deer caught on camera on hill.
-
Snake
A fuzzy image of a large snake!
-
Bunny at Night
Not a great picture, but here is a cottontail rabbit caught on the game camera at night.

-
Elk selfie
Posing for the camera.
-
Elk closeup
What the heck is this thing?
-
Cow
Another damned cow. Kept these shots as documentation.
-
Elk cow
Nighttime shot of an elk cow.
-
Beautiful Buck
Got him going and coming!
-
7-Point Buck
These shots were taken at Picnic Rock, a stone's throw from the cabin.
-
Got the Back of His Head
This shot was taken at the same location we got the mountain lion a few weeks back.
-
Small elk herd
At least 6 elk.
-
More of the herd
This small herd of cows is following Big Boy, we think.
-
Peek-a-boo
This cow elk might have detected the IR flash.
-
Our "big boy"
This elk is so awesome. There are three different shots of him here.
-
Big Boy
May be a crown royal elk with 7 points on each antler?
-
Big Boy
Very symmetrical rack.
-
Big Boy at Picnic Rock
Not long after the other shots of Big Boy at the salt lick, he crossed the bottom of the valley and we caught him at Picnic Rock.
-
Fox at the Salt Lick
This fox was a regular visitor throughout the winter of 2016/17.
-
Great Horned Owl on Log
Can you see the Great Horned Owl that this game camera, looking over the pond, caught? He is sitting on the log to the far right.
-
Great Horned Owl Closeup
I cropped and enlarged the photo of the owl in this shot. We think it looks like an Ewok.
-
Butt End of a Cinnamon Bear
Cinnamon Bears are a subspecies of the American Black Bear, so named because of its coloration. We caught this one lumbering its way through the bottom of the valley be the pond.
-
Bull Moose
A huge bull moose on the 1st of February, 2017.
-
Mom and Baby Moose
It is Spring! And, time for babies. While you can't see mom very well, here is a newborn baby moose at the salt lick.
-
Bear Cub
Speaking of babies, here is a bear cub (maybe a cub from the Cinnamon Bear?) walking along the path at pond.
-
Black Bear
An American Black Bear in June. Again, on the path down by the pond. All three bear shots from this Spring were caught by this camera.
-
Mom and Baby Again
Here is a mom and baby moose again. Perhaps the same ones as before, but the baby is growing!
-
Young Bull Moose
You can see the antlers coming on this young bull moose.
-
Moose
Night light on this moose.
-
Wooly Moose
This moose has a very wooly coat in the Spring.
-
Jack and Jill
We dubbed these two "Jack and Jill". We think the are yearling twins that mom has kicked out to make room for a new baby.
-
Mom and Baby Running Through the Meadow
The game camera caught this mom with her young baby running through the meadow.
