We have cooked this in the RV. It is best to microwave it for a bit, then use the convection oven to finish. It might be better simply sautéed as written. As written it is for 8 servings, we cut this in half...
Serving Suggestions:
Ingredients:
3/4 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed
8 turkey breast cutlets, about 1 pound
1 tbs. Dijon-Mayo blend (half and half)
8 slices deli ham
8 slices provolone
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 bacon strips

Sauce:
2/3 cup Dinon-Mayo blend
4 tsp. 2% milk
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning

Instructions:
1. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a large saucepan and add the asparagus. Cook uncovered, 3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain and immediately place in ice water to refresh. Drain and pat dry. Set aside.

2. Spread the turkey cutlets (pounded thin if needed) with the Dijon-Mayo mixture. Layer with ham, cheese and asparagus. Sprinkle with poultry seasoning and pepper and then roll up tightly and wrap with a slice of bacon,

3. Cook roulades in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally or until the bacon is crisp and the turkey is done.

4. Combine sauce ingredients and seve over the roulades.
