Better than store-bought. This recipe uses three types of dairy. We've found that you can substitute plain greek yogurt for the mayonnaise, or even better, the sour cream, with great results. It also calls for dry herbs, but we often use fresh herbs at a 3:1 ratio. |

1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup buttermilk or regular milk 1 tsp. dried dill weed (or more to taste) 1/2 tsp. dried parsley 1/2 tsp. dried chives 1/4 tsp. onion powder 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. fine sea salt 1/8 tsp. finely cracked black pepper Freshly squeezed lemon juice to taste, 1-3 teaspoons |

Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients together and taste for seasoning. Cover and refrigerate to let the flavors meld. Taste for seasoning again before use. |
