2 whole pork tenderloin 1 cup mustard 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup honey 2 tbs. soy sauce garlic salt pepper |
Instructions:
1. Combine the mustard, brown sugar, honey, and soy sauce in a saucepan and heat just until ingredients start to boil. 2. Sprinkle the garlic salt and pepper, to taste, over the tenderloins and sear the meat completely on the outside over hot coals, basting with some of the warm sauce (about 15 minutes.) Off the grill, cut the tenderloins into 1-inch thick medallions, baste one side and cook the basted side on the coals while basting the other side. Cook the final side until desired doneness. 3. Top each tenderloin with a little sauce and serve. |
