Instructions:

1. Finely chop the sage leaves. Grind the peppercorns. Stuff the pork sirloin with the sage and pepper, roll, and tie. Brown the meat in a casserole in some oil or fat. Add the milk. Cook slowly on a low fire for about 1 hour. 2. Use the milk as a sauce. |
