6 pork chops cut into chunks 1 tsp. salt 3/4 cup uncooked rice 1/2 package taco seasoning 1/2 cup shredded cheese (Jack, Cheddar) 1 can tomato sauce 1 green bell pepper cut into rings 1-1/2 cups water |

Instructions:

1. Brown pork chunks in oil Arrange in a baking dish and season with salt. Sprinkle uncooked rice around the pork chunks. Combine the taco seasoning mix, tomato sauce and water and pour over pork and rice. Top with pepper rings. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350° for 1-1/2 hours. Add cheese during last 15 minutes. |
