Spanish rice-a-roni 1/2 lb. ground beef 2 cups water 1 cup salsa 1 cup corn 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed 1 medium tomato, chopped Shredded cheddar cheese |

Instructions:

1. Cook rice with ground beef until beef is no longer pink. 2. Stir in water, salsa, corn, beans and flavoring package from rice-a-roni. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. 3. Stir in tomato. 4. Serve covered with cheese. |
