These are very strong. One is enough, no more than two with food. |

Ingredients:
1 tray of ice cubes (about 12-15) 2 shots of fresh lime juice -- usually about 3 limes 2 shots Triple Sec 3 to 4 shots of good tequilla 1 lime Salt You can substitute Cointreau or Grand Marnier for the Triple Sec for a slightly different and sweeter flavor. |
Instructions:
1. Put the ice in a blender. Add the other ingredients. Pulse the blender to mix well and break up larger ice cubes. 2. Cut the lime into quarters. Rub the lime around the rim of a large wine glass. Turn the glass upside down onto a plate that has Kosher salt in it to coat the rim with salt. Squeeze the rest of the lime into the bottom of the glass and drop the lime into the glass. Fill with margarita. Makes 2 servings. |
