60 Minute Rolls

These rolls are easy to make and delicious. And, they hold-up well enough to make good buns for burgers.
Serving Suggestions:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup low fat milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbs. salt
3 tbs. butter
3 packages of yeast
1-1/2 cup warm water
5-6 cups flour

Instructions:
1. Heat the first 4 ingredients. Soften yeast in warm water. Once milk mixture has cooled, put in mixer with 1 cup flour. Add yeast mixture, continue adding flour until no longer sticky (about 5-1/2 cups total). Beat about 5 minutes. Let rise 15 minutes. Shape into rolls, let rise 15 minutes, bake 11-12 minutes at 425°F.
