1/2 cup low fat milk 1/4 cup sugar 1 tbs. salt 3 tbs. butter 3 packages of yeast 1-1/2 cup warm water 5-6 cups flour |

Instructions:
|
1. Heat the first 4 ingredients. Soften yeast in warm water. Once milk mixture has cooled, put in mixer with 1 cup flour. Add yeast mixture, continue adding flour until no longer sticky (about 5-1/2 cups total). Beat about 5 minutes. Let rise 15 minutes. Shape into rolls, let rise 15 minutes, bake 11-12 minutes at 425°F. |
