Ingredients:

1 onion 1-1/3 cup mushrooms 1-1/4 lb. veal, sliced into thin strips Flour 1/4 cup butter 1 glass white wine 3/4 cup heavy cream Salt and freshly ground black pepper chopped fresh parsley |

Instructions:

1. Peel and chop the onions, clean and slice the mushrooms. Slice the veal into thin strips and turn them lightly in the flour. 2. Heat butter in a skillet and sear the meat in it quickly, then remove and keep it warm. 3. Fry the onion in the same skillet until it is transparent, then add the mushrooms. Pour in the wine and and cook for a while. Add the cream and bring to a boil. Add the veal, salt and pepper. Cook until the veal is reheated. Sprinkle with parsley and serve. |
